Monthly Cleaning Checks

Canyonlands requires monthly cleaning checks for all apartments.  All residents of the apartment are required to do their part cleaning.  This is crucial to the well-being of those living in the apartment as well as the apartment itself.

Move Out Cleaning Checks

Before moving out, your apartment/space will be inspected.  At the end of each semester (if all residents of the apartment are moving) a "white glove" cleaning check will be performed.  Your apartment must be ready for new tenants to move-in.  This cleaning check is tougher and more thorough than our monthly cleaning checks.

If only one or two tenants are moving out, or the move is happening mid-semester, the resident is responsible to thoroughly clean his/her space and two areas of the apartment before they will be checked off.  If there is anything that is not complete, it is a $30 per hour cleaning charge.
